CRM, Digital & Online

Working for the Digital & Online department presents new and different challenges every day as the digital world around us continually changes. The need to keep up and ahead of consumer demand has seen the team recently experience rapid growth. The team is split according to brand although crossover of skills does see this team work collaboratively.

Their key areas of responsibility are, across all Brands:

  • Digital and Content Marketing
  • E-Commerce
  • CRM management
  • Website Management
  • Social Media Content Management
  • Online Retailer Relationships management

If you are interested in joining the online team, you will need to have a tertiary qualification with majors in marketing and/or online media. Estée Lauder Companies embraces the digital media space and encourages its employees to actively engage in social media channels whilst at work so it is preferable if you can demonstrate your experience and knowledge of Digital and social media.
